Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship orders during weekends and legal holidays. Domestic orders are shipped UPS or USPS and international orders are shipped United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail.

Refund/Exchange Policy
Within fourteen days of receipt, you may contact us to request a Return Authorization. Please call 888-599-9904 to receive the return address and a special RA code to be marked on the outside of your shipment. We accept unused merchandise in saleable condition and with the corresponding yellow gift box, for exchange or refund. We will process your request after inspection. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Return postage is refunded only on defective merchandise or if we have made an error. Barth & McCallig is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. We encourage you to insure your return shipment and keep the tracking information until we confirm receipt.
